Designing with 3D software, we have developed a complete integrated system that covers all the following stages; reducing labour time, costs and logistic efforts: Inspection, winding, automatic cutting, automatic roll fixation and packing. Furthermore we have introduced automatic paper tube dispenser and automatic restart with and without glue; and labelling inside paper tube and roll-headstock.
