ROTRON ST: “batch to batch” inspection machines for manual or automatic inspection through artificial vision systems.
PARSEC: systems generate a defects map during the inspection phase, the cutting plan optimization, the labelling, weighting and production data monitoring.
ROTRON MK: Automatic cutting, sampling and labelling machines. Automatic high-speed generation of little rolls, winding, sample generation and labelling.
The LAK system integrates ROTRON LR inspection machines together with automatic cutting and packing ROTRON AK devices. The in-line installation of the machines allows to have a continuous process that includes the following steps:
verification and quality control of the fabric, winding, cutting, realization of fabric samples with relative labelling, automatic packing of the complete roll or with bands of polyethylene, automatic labelling.
The MH-AK line consists of ROTRON MH inspection and trimming machines placed in line with ROTRON AK automatic cutting and packing modules. The in-line installation of the machines allows to have a continuous process that includes the following steps
